What actually happens at a Team Doc Gab low-cost kapon event?
Here’s our real 10-point experience:
IMPORTANT: Pets must fast 8–12 hours (last meal by 1:00 AM of event day).
1. Register online, read the forms, and pay the fee.

2. Arrive before the 10:00 AM cut-off. (The team sent a heads-up that they would be running a bit late.)

3. Line up—cats first, then dogs. 🐈🦮

4. Fill out and sign the forms given by the Vet Assistant.
5. Submit the forms, pay, and stick the number given by the Vet Assistant on your crate.
6. Listen as Vet-on-duty gives a short talk.

7. Cats are taken in batches to the operating area.

8. Dogs go next—handlers help position them for anesthesia.

9. You can stay or return a few hours later to pick up your pet.
10. Final instructions and a group shot. 🐾
“The righteous care for the needs of their animals, but the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel.” — Proverbs 12:10
Watching the PetPartner PH team handle the event with order and each pet with care reminded me of this verse.
“Kahit sa kanyang mga hayop ang matuwid ay mabait, ngunit ang masama kahit kanino ay sadyang mabagsik.” - Mga Kawikaan 12:10
Spaying and neutering may look like a simple medical step, but it’s one way of looking after the needs of our pets (and strays)—preventing more litters, reducing suffering, and giving them a healthier life.
I’m deeply grateful for events like this that make that kind of humane care possible for more pet-loving families and communities in the Philippines.
For our first mass kapon experience, we give 10 purrfect points!
